The Domaine comes equipped with an indoor and outdoor kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining rooms. In the summer season (weather permitting) all meals are cooked and served outdoors under the palm trees, for the low season period we move indoors for both cooking and dining purposes. However, even in the low season it is far from unusual for us to take lunch outside, in 2011 we enjoyed a magnificent New Years lunch in 23C degrees celsius heat outside.
